Worried about selling enough cookbooks?

In our experience 2 cookbooks are sold per recipe. It appears to be parents and grandparents who buy the books most commonly and we have heard that lots of pupils like to give them as presents to various family members.

NB. The more people taking part, the more recipes you’ll have and the more books you will sell. So although costs increase to include more recipes (due to increasing printing costs) it is very likely that you will sell more books and therefore your campaign will be more profitable.

Example 1: 60 books containing 40 recipes will cost £354.00 (£5.90 x 60). If you sold the books for £8.50 each you will make a profit of £156!

Example 2: 150 books containing 100 recipes will cost £810.00 (£5.40 x 150). If you sold the books for £8.50 each you will make a profit of £465!

Example 3: 110 books containing 70 recipes will cost £343.00 (£4.90 x 70). If you sold the books for £8.50 each you will make a profit of £592!
